Each store's search index is logically isolated and identified by a unique prefix. No data is shared between stores.

The Ultrafast Search module installed on your store does not set any cookies on your visitors' browsers.

• Meilisearch Cloud: Powers the search engine infrastructure (EU-hosted)
• OpenAI (optional): If you enable the AI-powered semantic search feature, product text data is sent to OpenAI's API to generate search embeddings. This feature is entirely optional and disabled by default. No personal customer data is ever sent to OpenAI.
• Payment processors: For secure subscription billing

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy and we encourage you to review them. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

6. Data Retention

• Product index data: Retained for the duration of your active subscription. Deleted within 30 days of account cancellation.
• Contact form data: Retained for up to 2 years for support reference purposes.
• Account and billing data: Retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws (typically 7 years).
• Website analytics: Anonymized data retained for up to 26 months.
