Top Searches, Content Gaps, and Missed Opportunities

Three data tables reveal what customers search most, which queries return too few results, and which queries find nothing at all. Your top searches show demand. Low-result queries show improvement opportunities. No-result queries show content gaps that are costing you revenue every day.

Top searches — your most-searched terms with count and average result count, showing exactly what customers want
Low results — queries returning only 1–2 results that need better product coverage or synonym configuration
Zero results — queries returning nothing, exposing gaps in your catalog where customers find no products at all
Server-side pagination — handles thousands of unique queries without slowing down the dashboard

From Search to Sale: Your Conversion Funnel

A visual conversion funnel tracks the full journey from search query to completed order. Each stage has a calculated metric that tells you where customers drop off. CTR tells you if results are relevant. Cart Rate tells you if products match expectations. Conversion Rate tells you if checkout holds after search-driven interest.

4-stage funnel — Searches, Clicks, Carts, Orders with calculated drop-off percentages at each step
CTR calculation — Clicks ÷ Searches × 100 tells you if search results are compelling enough to click
Cart Rate — Carts ÷ Clicks × 100 tells you if clicked products match what customers expected
Conversion Rate — Orders ÷ Carts × 100 tells you if search-driven interest survives through checkout

Attribute Revenue to Every Search Query

Every completed order is attributed back to the search query that started the customer journey — within a 24-hour attribution window. GA4 does not natively attribute revenue to search terms. Ultrafast Search does it automatically. See which search terms generate money, which products convert through search, and link directly to order details in your PrestaShop admin.

24-hour attribution — links completed orders to the search query that initiated the journey, tracked automatically
Revenue summary cards — Total Search Revenue, Orders from Search, Units Sold, and Average Order Value at a glance
Top queries by revenue — see which search terms generate the most revenue, with order count, units, and clickable order links
Top products by revenue — see which products are purchased most through search, with product image, order count, and total revenue

Understand How Customers Filter Search Results

A dedicated Filters tab tracks brand, category, and price range filter usage over time. If customers filter for “Nike” five times more than “Adidas,” that is a stocking and promotion signal. No other PrestaShop search module provides search filter analytics at this level.

Filter trend chart — brand, category, and price filter usage tracked over time in a multi-line trend chart
Top brands — which brands customers actively filter for, ranked by usage count
Top categories — which categories receive the most filter attention from search users
Top price ranges — the price points your customers shop at most, informing your merchandising strategy

Your Top Performing Products from Search

Two views of product performance tell different stories. The most-clicked products show what attracts attention from search results. The most-purchased products show what actually generates revenue. The gap between the two reveals products that attract clicks but fail to convert — a signal to improve pricing, product pages, or stock availability.

Most clicked — products that attract the most attention from search results, with click count and CTR%
Most purchased — products generating the most revenue through search, with order count and total revenue
Click-to-purchase gap — identify products that attract clicks but do not convert, so you can fix the disconnect
Product images included — visual identification in every table row for instant recognition

Turn Search Data into Revenue Decisions

Raw data fills dashboards. Calculated metrics drive action. Search Quality Score gives you one number to monitor weekly. Trending % flags rising and falling queries before they cost you revenue. Zero Results Opportunity Cost turns “no results found” into an estimated dollar amount that justifies immediate action.

Search Quality Score — a composite 0–100 metric combining results rate, CTR, cart rate, and conversion rate into a single search health number
Trending comparison — current period vs previous period for any metric, flagging queries as rising, falling, stable, or new
Zero Results Opportunity Cost — estimated revenue lost from no-result queries, calculated from your store’s average conversion rate and AOV
From data to action — fix zero-result queries, boost low-CTR searches, promote high-converting terms based on real numbers
